European Cultural Centre (ECC)

One of the primary objectives of the Artforum Culture Foundation Hellas is to establish a European Cultural Centre (ECC) as part of its non-profitmission. The ECC shall serve as both a home and retreat for artists and cultural professionals.
The Centre is intended as an inclusive institution providing a drop-in space and close working environment for artists and cultural partners—not only from Greece, the Balkans, and Europe, but also from Turkic states, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Americas, and the Pacific region. Creative individuals from all cultures and regions are invited to participate in exhibitions, music and theatre events, and symposia.
The diversity of ideas and perspectives will contribute to both the enrichment of the regional contemporary cultural scene and the global exchange of innovative cultural practices. In particular, the ECC will support members of the diaspora (not limited to Greeks) by providing opportunities to present their expertise and experiences.
The development of the ECC aligns with the Foundation’s mission to promote the European ideal, fostering unity among diverse cultural heritages under a shared cultural and ethical umbrella.
This initiative is grounded in the conviction that cultural impulses have significant social, political, and economic impact.
